Hello ladies and gents this is the viking telling you that today we are talking about
Roll 'N' Pour
via trustworthycare.com
Alright, we have to admit, when we first saw a photo of this thing we thought it was a joke. Honestly, why would anyone even consider spending money on a rocking chair for your jugs of orange juice or bottles of soda? It doesn't look like it would fit in the fridge, so all you'd be doing is adding another step to pouring a drink. Ostensibly, this tool is supposed to make things easier to pour, because heavy jugs are too hard to handle. Really though, that seems like a pretty weak reason to spend $15 on this thing. Luckily for you, there doesn't seem to be any way to purchase this particular gadget anymore, as it is no longer available on Amazon.
Twirling Spaghetti Fork
via amazon.com
Admittedly this "kitchen gadget" is more of a novelty, but the fact remains the same: the twirling spaghetti fork is a waste of $20. Let's look at it from both angles. First, as an actual everyday kitchen item, this thing is ridiculous. Most people are perfectly capable of twirling their own spaghetti without a battery operated fork that kind of works okay. Second, as a gag gift, this thing is just sad. Can you imagine opening this up on your birthday, with your uncle laughing his head off at how silly it is, while you just force a smile, knowing that you won't even try it out as a joke? Just don't bother with this one on any level.
Electric Can Opener
Is there any noise that is more exciting to dogs and cats than the sound of an electric can opener? We're not entirely sure. What we are sure of is that the idea of an electric can opener is something that seems at once futuristic and also old-fashioned. Have you ever tried to use one of these things? It's far more difficult than just using a classic, handheld, human-powered can opener, one that could be bought at a fraction of the price of one of these things (which can run anywhere from $18 to $35). They don't really do anything to save time, plus they take up space on your counter.
