Watermelon Fries

Make These Chili Lime Watermelon Fries | Easy Summer Snack


INGREDIENTS
FOR FRIES
  • 1/2 small watermelon, cut into fries
  • Zest of one lime
  • ½ to 1 tsp. chili powder, depending on spice preference
  • Pinch of kosher salt
FOR DIPPING SAUCE
  • 1/4 c. Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • Pinch of chili powder
 
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a medium bowl, combine watermelon, lime zest, chili powder, and salt. Toss to combine.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, lime juice, and honey. 
  3. Top with a pinch of chili powder. Serve watermelon fries with yogurt sauce on the side for dipping.
