Watermelon Fries

INGREDIENTS
FOR FRIES
- 1/2 small watermelon, cut into fries
- Zest of one lime
- ½ to 1 tsp. chili powder, depending on spice preference
- Pinch of kosher salt
FOR DIPPING SAUCE
- 1/4 c. Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. honey
- Pinch of chili powder
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bowl, combine watermelon, lime zest, chili powder, and salt. Toss to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, lime juice, and honey.
- Top with a pinch of chili powder. Serve watermelon fries with yogurt sauce on the side for dipping.
