With an ever changing selection of gyoza, made fresh every weekday, Rainbo live up to their namesake serving fresh and vibrant food based around Japanese cuisine.
Our top pick would be the gyoza bento box, which for just under £8 serves up six gyoza of your choice with sides of salad, sticky rice and of course, plenty of chilli oil!
The fresh gyoza speak for themselves, and while the menu does change, there are always vegetarian and or vegan options as well as meat, and all the flavours we've tried so far have been great.
Perfect for lunch or dinner in summer or winter, these guys are a great spot in the city for hungry workers looking for a fresh and healthy alternative to the more generic Japanese lunch options in the area!

It's been a scorcher in London this summer so it's no wonder that people have been turning to great salads to get us through our long lunches whilst balancing out those boozy BBQ’s and summer events.
We swung by Maple & Co and walked out with a box stuffed to the brim with fantastic flavours all for £5.55. You can pick what you like from the wide selection they have on the counter and for a little bit extra you can add a protein including chicken, halloumi or egg. Those options do take it up to £6.95 which is on the higher end of pricing for salad, but as it’s free range and organic at least you’re assured of a good high welfare meal.
All in all a great little deli with options for all diets and needs, including some surprisingly good baked goods if you’re keen to get your hands on their brownie!

Hiba Express is bustling restaurant in High Holborn, serving up a vast array of Lebanese/Palestinian soups and salads, hot and cold mezzes, and traditional main dishes -- and has lunch-time meal deals from £6.25.
The falafel at Hiba Express are knockout - hot, crunchy, and vibrant green on the inside so I'd recommend anything including these. Hiba Express' meal deals get you a wrap, side (chips or salad) and a drink (soft drink or fresh juice), and don't forget to grab a tub of fluffy garlic mayo before you leave.
Standalone wraps start from £4.75 - and fillings include mixed shwarma, spicy lamb sausages, grilled halloumi cheese, or sauteed potato cubes with coriander and garlic. Note that 50% of their menu is vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free so everyone will have plenty of options here.
